Which is better firewall - WinXP or Comcast?

Which provides the better firewall - Windows XP or Comcast? I've got to disable the Windows firewall if I want to use the Comcast one.
 
Do you have a link for this Comcast firewall? I presume it is some firewall that comes with the ISP's service?
 
I've never used Comcast firewall but I can say that Windows XP is ok :) My absolute favorite Firewall is Norton Personal Firewall: Lots of features and really user friendly :D
 
I prefer Norton Personal Firewall too. The Windows XP firewall causes too many problems for me, such as if I accept for it to be unblocked it asks me another 4 times!!!! This comcast I have never heard of it so I suppose it is for an ISP or maybe a product in another country.

I would buy Norton if you are considering purchasing another one.
If you have both the Windows Firewall and Comcast use comcast anythings better than Microsoft
 
Yea I would go for Norton. You can buy NIS 2004 for like $10 off ebay (sealed w/ 1 yr subscription)
 
ZoneAlarm has a free and paid version of it's firewall program, if you shell out for the paid version, I found it better than norton's which I had previously.
 
I prefer Norton Firewall as that seems to work better for me. McAfee really pisses me off sometimes :mad: and Norton has a very easy to use control panel.
