I just want to check with you guys which spec is better and do u guys recommend me to upgrade my ram to 32GB or should I replace anything? Thanks

AIO refers to all-in-one – a liquid cpu cooling setup as opposed to an air cooled heatsink/fan combo. A heatsink/fan is much simpler than a liquid cooler which has fan/fans, water pump, hoses, seals, coolant, etc. There’s pros and cons for each. Personally I stick with the simplicity of air cooling, but there’s plenty of people that prefer liquid.
