The second option.

the second is way better, but there is no need for the i7 2600, go for the i5 2500k if they have the option, and building is cheaper than ordering.

The second option, but the first option will run it just fine. I just don't like the dual cards, I'd rather have one really high-end one. But either systems will run WoW easily.
