which is better value for money,

512Mb GeForce 7300GS,

Sapphire Ati Radeon x1550 512Mb or

Radeon X1300 Pro 512Mb?

X1300Pro is the best out of these, but none of those are gaming cards.

If you are a moderate gamer then you should get at least 7300GT or 7600GS
 
If you want decent framerates, then get the 7600GT or if you are REALLY REALLY on a budget, get its little brother, the 6600GT. The cards that you have quoted are ALL budget low-end cards, if you want to play games with decent eye candy then the minimum that you will need is a mid-range or mainstream card.
