as long as ive built computers ive always trusted ASUS more than any other company for my mobos. ive had MSI boards before and they just dont hold up as well. Its an opinion but for quality go for the ASUS. as far as compatability nothing beats mATX (its nearly universal) but either build would be pretty solid.

I've been using ASUS for years with no problems. I did have one MSI board once with my first Atlon 700MHz. It worked OK but the support site was slow to navigate. This is my third ASUS and loving it!
