I would myself go with this one due to the fact of the faster FSB and the difference in DDR400/333/266 compared to the DDR333/266
but i might look for other boards since both of these only have 20 pin connectors and not 24 atx...but for sure the K7S41 is the better of the 2...

dont get either of those. asrock boards are low quality and dont work that well. get asus or msi or dfi they are much better boards.

I dont mind ASRock boards. I would reccomend them. I have had no bother what so ever with my 775v88+ and they are higher on my preferences than larger companies like chaintech.

Those are Athlon XP boards, all Athlon XP boards are 20pin.

But isn´t my Athlon XP 3200+ only using 333 if we talk about FSB...

What that FSB 400 would actually give me?

And I have 20+4 pins in my current mobo

The 400 fsb would give you space to upgrade in the future

20 + 4 is different than 24

20 is the main connector and the 4 is ATX12V, a 24pin would still use the ATX12

I have the 2nd of the 2 motherboards. I could not see a price on that site so was wondering how much you were considering paying. I have always thought my system was faster compared to friends computers. This was obviosuly before i started taking more of an interest. On the market i feel that this motherboard is poor, but for me it has been good. There are better ones out there, and i will be upgrading mine in the near future. Thanks

I was thinking if I would buy socket-754 mobo and then 754 amd 64 3400+ from my friend.. would that prosessor and mobo be nice?
