ok so i wanted to ge a flat panel moniter so it was between a samsung syncmaster 940BW or a Samsung 931BF...i chose the 940BW

I would get the first one, contrast ratio is 2000:1. Thats my opinion..

But you got the seconed one, i don't think you would tell a noticable difference

the first one has a responce time of 2ms thats good for playing games from what thatguy16 says and the 2ms i would go for the first one, if you can get them to show you it working do that so you can check for dead pixels not that samsung are known for it but its something you should do when ever you buy a lcd monitor.

well this one doesnt have any dead pixels...but i can still take this one back if its worth it...they were the same price
