Which is the best Zelda game ever?

I'm on the fence. I not done with Twilight Princess yet, but I still like Ocarina of Time better. But Twilight Princess is catching up. So I haven't made my choice yet.

Ocarina of Time is good, but nothing will ever beat the first one I played for me, which was A Link to the Past. Definitely the game that made Link my favorite video game character of all time (and the reason why I'm obsessed with him in Smash Bros... )

Windwaker was probably the most fun, but not the most Immersive...

Ocarina of Time... it's just awesome how you have to go forward and back through time

They are making a sequel to windwaker, The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass in late 07, but it's for the DS.

The only Zelda games that had ever beaten are Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, and I am going to finish Twilight Princess. I played A Link to the Past and Majora's Mask, but I never finished them. Even though Majora's Mask wasn’t the best of the Zelda games I think there were some things that they should have kept like the BANK.

I'd have to say...A Link to the Past. That was the first Zelda game that I beat. Heck, that was the first videogame I'd ever beaten. I'd have to say, though, that Minish cap is the runner up. Windwaker was fun, but finding the triforce shards was a MAJOR pain in the ass, and I have yet to play twilight princess.

Personally my top favorite games would be the first Zelda game on the NES and Majora's Mask. The ones on the NES was my first game I've played and I like Majora's Mask cause of the many different activities going on and a short time you have to complete your tasks. Also Fierce Diety Link was awesome but it a shame that you can only control him in boss rooms without the glitch.

I agree, I finally beat that damn thing a while ago. After not playing it for months

Beat the game too, very good game. I like all the ones I have played, except Majoras Mask.

2. Windwaker (really fun game, love the fighting system in it, sailing and fishing the pieces and gold was quite annoying)
3. Link To The Past (still play it and know where all heart pieces are)
4. Original for NES
5. Majoras Mask

I have Twilight Princess for Wii, just need a Wii to play it

Ocarina Of Time... hands down... no questions asked... must have beaten it at least 10 times on my N64. Love that game.
