which is the better card

for my old AMD 2400 i have a ATI RADION 9200 SE (128MB) 4 pipelines - 200MHz core clock - ramdac 350MHz not sure about the ram speed thow it just says DDR thats what is in it.
I picked up a ATI Rage Theater not sure about anything about it aceped it has (128MB ram).
i just want to know what is the better card.
 
I might be wrong, but isn't the ATI Rate Theater a video encoding card? If it is, the 9200SE would be your only choice.
