Which ISP to use?

In the midst of a move and will need to get a new ISP. The old one will not work in the area I'm moving. So now my choices are limitless (maybe?). I use Mac equipment, have my own business (is Gmail truly secure?), and want something that I can take to another location down the road. At this time I am aware of Gmail, MobileME, Yahoo, and the local cable company that I will be using (Baldwin-Telecom). I'm looking for advice on pros and cons of these and others.

Gmail, MobileMe, and Yahoo are not ISP's.

Baldwin-Telecom is your new ISP.
It would appear that you are looking perhaps for a new email provider. Your ISP will give you an email address as part of your paid account. If you want a free one in addition to your ISP account that will work no matter what your ISP may be in the future, I personally recommend and use Yahoo.
