Which LCD Monitor?

Ok, I've been looking for a new LCD Monitor for the past 2 days and came down to my final 3 choices. I don't want to spend over $260 and I want something around 20 inches for gaming and office work, here are my 3 that I've been stuck on

samsung or viewsonic. personally, i prefer acer monitors.
had an awesome one no dead pixels or anything, sold it with my old rig... my new one had two dead pixels (not an acer)

I would go with the acer also bumping is allowed just commonly not for at least a day without activity..

Not bad but i would have prefer the samsung cuz it's 2ms which is a pleasure to have when you're playing "fast" games such as FPS

Yeah it's 2ms grey to grey which means it's really like 4ms or 5ms black and white.
