I am thinking the last because of SLI...was wondering your guys opinion. Or is there better? Trying to keep it under $130.

The first one is good, if your going to get SLI, the 680i is the only way to go. (650i : SLI mode @ x8/x8)(680i: SLI mode @ x16/x16)
