CPU - I5 2500K - $279

Which Motherboard? (looking at around $200-$250)
ATM im thinking - Mobo - Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4 - $219

This is my first build going by reviews etc though it seems to be the best in that price range?

I dont plan to SLI (im a computer noob) ill just be using the 1 GFX Card

narrowed it down to these 2 boards im going to get one tomorrow im making the 2 hour drive would love to get some feedback before i make the purchase

vs

Basically the same price $20 difference.

That's a close one. Go with the Gigabyte. Cheaper, and looks like it supports everything you need. Why pay $20 more? Both brands are using the same parts, and will probably last just as long as the other.

so the Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4/ ASUS P8P67 PRO are the same board basically? i dont care about shelling out the extra $20 for the ASUS just want to know which one i should get, is the ASUS better if i SLI?

Just to clear one thing up also - the H67 motherboards you cant put in video cards they use onboard graphics but the P67 boards you can put in a gtx 570 for example, thats the difference if im correct?
