Which out of the five MoBo's here, will give me the most features/performance for my dollar? Staying under $250, starting from highest to lowest.

EVGA FTW KR $244 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188098

MSI GD80 $229 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130610

GIGABYTE UD4 $209 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128507

ASUS PRO/GEN3 $204 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131790

ASUS Maximus IV GEN3 $189 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131806

I was leaning towards either the "ASUS PRO" or the "ASUS Maximus"(Not because their the cheapest, but they seem to offer more for less) and out of those two I was leaning towards the "ASUS Maximus". I know its a "micro" board, and only has two PCI x16 slots, SLI is all I need, and the size doesnt matter to me. Im looking in whats the best possible board under $250.Thanks.

Oh, the CPU will be water cooled with the Corsair H60. Thats for the people wondering what HSF im going to be using if I get the "ASUS Maximus".Thanks again.

The ASUS Pro/Gen3 is actually what I have, and it is a BEAST, particularily for connectivity, you can connect almost anything to it and not have any problems, It also has a great EFI bios for overclocking, a debug LED, and plenty of oter features.

And are you sure you want the H60? Despite the hype, all in one liquid coolers can be outperformed by good quality air coolers. If you have it already or its a case/RAM issue, go for it, but if not, take that additional money you saved on the mobo and put if towards a noctua NH-D14

If thermal compound is applied correctly, and is mounted properly, any water cooler will perform on par or better than any air cooler available. On top of that, I will get better case temps and air flow.Air coolers are like having a heating coil in you PC.

Naw, its not a case or memory issue, but more a price/performance ratio issue.

Money saved will go towards a better GPU.

But ty for you suggestions.
