hi i am buying another mobo i have 2gb ocz gold duel channel memory
amd 4000+ cpu (939)
maxtor diamondmax 10 sata hdd and 2x pata hdds my graphic card is a 6800gt (agp)
the 2 mobos i have loocked at are these

Yes always start with a good mobo first, it's where all the other bits plug in to, other wise nothing else realy matters.
