Which Monitor?? Better?

I would go with the ASUS. :D
Never fancied Dell for monitors, and also some of the specs on the Asus are better than that on the Dell.

ok thanks (: Btw i have the same mobo and cpu as u lol. How hot does it run at that speed? and what cpu cooler u got?

I have a TRUE 120 Rev C with a push and pull config using two Cooler Master R4s( :( Need new HS fans )
Do not be misleaded by my temps but I have a really hot chip and my Ambient temps aren't great either, so I get upto 80 C on load and idles at 39C.
But I am currently using it on stock,haven't updated my sig.And now the temps are ok.

ohh dam. Hmm im planning to get the corsair h60 and to up the speed to around 3.4 hopefully mine wont run too hot xD
 
The H60 is a good cooler. I can never go back to air cooling now... Just make sure with whatever fans you're using, that you run them as intake, no matter where they are mounted.
