Hi guys, this is my first post on this forum.
I'm currently running a 32" LCD HD TV from an Nvidia Geforce 9600gt. The TV is connected to the dvi output on the card via an HDMI cable. However, contrary to what I thought when i purchased the screen, it only seems to support a maximum resolution of 1280 x 1024 even though the graphics card will support 1920 x 1080.
Firstly I would like to know if there is anyway to get round this with my current setup. I would've thought being an HD TV, it would be capable of running a higher resolution.
Failing that, would I have to reduce my screen size to achieve the higher resolution? Or are there large TV's available that can deal with this?
Cheers
