Which motherboard to buy please?

Right I need a motherboard to finish off build for Avid editing on my computer....I have got 2 GB DDR2 Memory, 7600 GT graphics card & a 5600 GT (if can use together then great if not no worries) Got the necessary monitors and harddrive stuff.....


What do you think....haven't got a clue whats important! suggestions would be great please and the specs I should watch out for.
