I'm currently looking a motherboards for my new computer.

Which one should I get?

One is slightly better but more expensive. Also, I'm not sure if the better one will affect my computer enough to make me want to spend the extra money on it.

The rest of my computer is going to include:
AMD Phenom II x4 955 3.2 GHz Black Edition
EVGA geforce 460 gtx graphics card
500 Gb hardrive (western digital)
Patriot 1600 MHz RAM (2 * 4Gb)
a tower (not sure if it'll really affect this decision at all. The motherboards are the same size... it is a bottom mounted PSU though.)
a powersupply (That shouldn't change anything on this either)

If I forgot to list something here that you need to know to make a decision for me... hehe... just tell me and I'll post it.

Thanks,
SoupHead

EDIT:
Oh yeah. It'll be running on Windows 7 64-bit too... that shouldn't change anything either... but nobody will need to question the 8 Gb of RAM I'm getting. It'll all be supported.

I wasn't planning on SLI yet... I want a motherboard that will be able to get through upgrades though... I want this computer to last awhile.

EDIT:
Actually, now that I think about it... with an EVGA geforce 460 gtx graphics card... am I going to feel the need to SLI? I'm going to be playing games... will SLI'ing really do anymore than one graphics card could do by itself?

if you plan on multi-gpu's later, there is a 160 buck gigabyte that will do fine, is the cheapest that will do sli or xfire with 2 gpu's at x16 that i found on newegg that is am3+

If you want to SLI. It has 8X/8X but with two 460, it wont hurt performance at all.

If you want a 16X/16X just for the sake of it. 20 bucks more.

Well. What I meant in my last EDIT was... How long will my 460 gtx graphics card last without SLI? Am I going to need SLI to run games at medium to high settings? In 3 years, will I be able to run games on low without SLI? Do I actually need SLI... is it worth my money?
