Which mouse to get...

My I-Rocks Beetle mouse died yesterday and i absolutely loved it. But i have decided to go with a better mouse with more options for gaming. The 2 i am looking at now are both from Logitech. The G5 laser and the MX518 optical.

G5:

I dont know alot about mice so im not sure which to get. There are things about both i like better than the other but which one is better? Also if there are any others anyone can reccomend over these please post them. Thanks!

I believe the g5 is a better mouse, utilizes the laser technology over optical. It relaly doesn't matter what you get, just depends on how much you really want to spend, and if you want to pay the extra money for the g5. They have a lot of the same features except mainly for the weights in the g5, but bot mice have excellent reviews, you will be good off with either one.
 
id say the g5 looks awesome and its got a battery bar to tell you when it needs to recharge and its laser which for gaming is sweet
 
I have the mx518 mouse and I like it a lot. I think they are both great mice though. A good way to decide for your self is to ask yourself if you want wireless or wired.
