Which netbook is better in performance? Please

Hi everyone new to this forum. Just a question if anyone can help.

Im trying to get a netbook for my lil girl, she's 8, sorta like a first computer kinda thing. Which of these would be better in performance.

Netbook with
CPU: VIA WM8850-1.5GHz
Operation system: Jelly Bean-Android 4.1
Memory RAM: DDR3 512 MB

Or

Cpu: VIA 8880
CPU TYPE: Dual Core
Cpu speed: 1.2 GHz
RAM: 1GB

I suppose either would be OK for a child's 1st computer but neither will be particularly stellar in the performance area. The more expensive one in the 2nd link has a slightly better cpu/gpu but, more importantly, has twice as much storage (8GB vs 4GB) so I would probably go with that one.
