Which of these 2 power supply's ?

They both have pretty much the same specs, and i'd say as long as you arent trying to power a high-end system, they should run fine.
 
Do you think they would run my system fine (in sig. plus a 7600GT)

which of the two if any do you reckon would be cooler - or both the same?
 
It will run a 7600GT fine. You cant tell from those descriptions which will run cooler, but they are pretty similar, so i'd imagine either one is good.
