Which of these Cases / PSU would you buy?

I have got it narrowed down to these two Cases and PSU's Hoping to get some imput on my business machine.

What combination would you sugest for a Pentium D office system?

What will the system be used for? I like Case 1, and the second PSU by xclio. I have the same psu and its excellent.

1st case looks nicer and 2nd PSU is simply.... better than the first one, dual 12v rails and a higher combined ampage
