Which of these is best?

I've been looking for a decent card that can run Test Drive Unlimited on my computer. Since my plans are to replace this computer sometime in the sort of near future, I won't be blowing my entire bank account on a new GPU. My computer only has an AGP slot, no PCI-E. I've come down to these two cards from NewEgg.com, both x1600 versions, but open box and cheap.

Which would be best?
I'm not very educated about the different card makers, so let me know how reliable these two are.

Also, I couldn't find anything about it, but open box just means open, not damaged or not working, right?

Thanks!

Powercolor is a major manufacturer of ATi cards, same as Sapphire. From those two I would go for the DIAMOND X1600AGP512SB Radeon X1600PRO 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 AGP 4X/8X Video Card - OEM purely on the fact that the cooler is better. Why don't you look at some Nvidia solutions, at the moment the ATi range are getting creamed out there.

It says that 'accesories' are not included.

It shows this power connector and software:

I'm sure I can download the driver software, but will that power cable be needed?

On the Powercolor one I can clearly see the back, and you definitely wouldn't be needing that power cable, I dont know about the diamond one though. That adapter is needed if the card sports a 6 pin connector, some PSU out has two or one 6 pin outlets so if you have that, then that accessory will not be needed.

ehh.. maybe it's just me but i dunno about those cards.. they're underperformers and quite problem prone.

for 90 bucks more you can get the supreme agp card ala..

If this is too expensive feel free to ignore me... just my 2 cents. :)

Exactly what I said before, at the moment you can generally get a better nvidia card for the same amount of cash. Nvidia is really hot at the moment apart from their laggy driver releases for vista.

ATi really needs to bring out their X2K series, because at the moment their X1k series is getting thrashed out there.
