Which of these laptops is better?

I ordered a refurbished HP Pavilion dv6-1340sa but recieved a Acer Aspire 5740.

Which is better? Should I keep quiet and keep the one I have?

mate. well i dont want to advice bad or good but just want to let you know acer laptop are not good as other brands such as toshiba or sony. i own Acer my self-i can use all applications but not worth a time i spend to perform quick. they r slow and body parts are not made of good quality.
 
I'd keep the Acer. It's the better of the 2 machines.

Newer, faster processor.

DDR3 Ram

64-bit Windows

and not refurbed!

I am not saying acer is better then toshiba but did you just compare toshiba to sony?
