which of these two is better

Preference, really. They have the same specs. Asus is known for their OC capabilities, but picky with ram. Gigabytes are all around great stable boards.
 
thats what i was thinking
they are pretty much the same
i was just trying to see if there was something that i missed
i will probably go with the gigabyte because i dont see anything in teh asus that would make me want to pay another 30$
 
Asus support dual Lan.
I will choose Gigabyte as it is cheaper. If you need dual Lan, I would rather choose MSI K9N SLI Platinum AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI
 
I,ve installed both of them, the Asus like said above has dual Lan and better cooling but the price of the Gigabyte its a better deal plus I never had a problem with the cooling on it anyway.
