Which of these two would you choose?

Question in the title. I'm working on a new build and I'm trying to gather some opinions about these two to aid in my decision. Also, what makes you prefer the one you choose? The extra cash really doesn't matter.

i would go with the P6X58D-E. basically the same specs for ram and pci-e but the P6X58D-E has sata 3 and usb 3.0.

P6x85D-E would be my choice. From what I read, it is actually a replacement of the P6T.The overclocking facilities is superb. Not forgetting to mention it's competitive price.
