Which one is better ? (Gaming Laptop)

Hello, i'll get straight to the point. Im buying a gaming laptop to replace my tower system and im not the richest of people but this caught my eye and seemed a rather good deal :

£450 (almost i have to spent)

Im not a wiz with this type of stuff but i assume for my needs for games the most important thing is the graphics card and then processor / RAM . so please give me your views on this spec and can you please compare as a whole to this dell laptop and on the side just please tell me which graphics card is better . neither of those will be good for gaming, look for one with at least a 9600gt graphics card.

the dell laptop i posted there is one that a flat mate of mine uses for his gaming on World of Warcraft and its excellent. clearly it is good as i know that one is. but the first spec (the one im looking to buy) i would really appreciate if i could just get a reply on if its graphics card is better than the dell one please thankyou
