My brother is looking to buy a budget laptop, and I've narrowed it down to a couple of choices. From my research they look fairly similar in terms of performance, but I still want to get some opinions. Which laptop would be the better choice? (Bear in mind he probably won't ever max out the RAM or hard disk in either laptop, and he does play some online games such as Runescape.
