XFX GeForce 9600 GSO 1536MB DDR2 PCIe 2.0 Graphic Card
 
I would go with the 9800GT as it is the better of the two.

Also you made a mistake with 1536MB as they do not make that card to those megabytes.
 
the 9800gt is the better of the two, but if you're willing to switch brands, go with the ati 4830, you should get better performance
