I'd go with either of the last 2. If I was buying it for myself I'd take the OCZ Gold. IMO the first 2 are way overpriced to be worth it.

or would the board support something like 1000mhz or 1066mhz ram??

In theory it does, I think the BIOS gives you options to run your RAM at 533 (1066DDR) but to hit the 1000MHz DDR mark you'd have to over/underclock the FSB depending on the other settings you set.
