Not IMO, come on theres a $99 diff, put that money into better video or whatever you may need.

I would go for the 3800+ its better value by FAR!!!! and an extra 0.2Ghz really isnt going to count for that HUGE price jump.

1. Actually it does account for that price jump (whether its worth it to you or not is a different story).
2. There is a more subliminal difference though: it seems 3800s dont OC nearly as well as 4200s so thats something to keep in mind if u are planning on OCing a 3800 or something

i might want to try to overclock so i probably will get the 4200 and what would be one of the best overclocking and gaming motherboards out there
