They are both pretty low performance, but the one for 300 pounds is better.
What are you wanting to do with these PCs? If it's gaming, forget them both...
Yeah, I wouldn't mind getting a better computer thoughThe Zoostrom isn't really suited for gaming but what you want it should be more than adequate.
The fact it has no dedicated GPU means for gaming it won't be great. But, the CPU has decent onboard graphics, so for very light gaming (*very* light), it should be OK.
You also want the best quality components possible, but the only way to ensure you get that is if you build it yourself.
So will it be fast enough for what i want?

For a low end gaming PC, you will be talking about £400 - 450 for the tower only.
They would probably lag a little bit depending what the game was, what settings it was running at, and what resolution you were trying to play it at.
