Which one....?

the first card has a core clock of 475Mhz and a mem clock of 900Mhz, the second card has 500Mhx core clock and 1000Mhz mem clock, the second one is faster, slightly. Both are PCI-e x16, both are 256-bit, the first card only supports S-Video/Composite Out outputs, the seocnd one goes a bit further and supports HD-TV aswell as the ones on the first card.

For the extra $6 it is definately worth the second card, go for the second one.
 
the second one is better, anyway if i were, i would get 6800 GS, because it's about the same price of these two card and supports SM3.0 which is needed for future games.
 
yeah go with the second one, they r both very nice cards but the second one has a better core clock speed and memory clock

yes get the 6800GS its about as much as those cards and is alot better.
