Which PC build is better?

Okay so I'm going to be building a $500-$800 PC, and I have two part lists that I've come up with. I'll be using this PC for gaming and CAD. Please let me know which one you think is better, thank you .

What's your specific budget? I'd probably change a lot of things about either build.

I will go for AMD, but change CPU to FX8320.

Add Cooler Master 212 Evo.

RAM, get something slightly faster.

Personally don't thing you'll need another 2 fans. That case already come with 2 fans.
