Which PCI Slot??

I'm trying to install the graphics card below, but I do not know which PCI slot to use on the MB - PCI- 8X or PCI - 16X. Can anyone help? Thanks

It would technically work in either, but you'll get much better performance in the 16x slot. The 8x would be for if you wanted to add a second video card.
