Which power supply from these 4 supplys i should choose to run DUAL 8800 GTX?

I would choose the PC Power and Cooling, I've heard great things and I hear they are really beefy plus Maximum PC uses it in there dream machine 2005

i bought a 250$ power supply adn it isnt working... u expect a 700 will do the job? i hope you werent serious about that reply -=]

You really like Topower, don't you? Aside from the PC Power and Cooling, all are Topower built, and none are great. The PC Power and Cooling is a rock solid PSU, built like a tank, but also very loud and overpriced.
ETSAs recommendation was a good one - the Seasonic is a quality unit and more than capable of handling the load. Some other recommendations:
Silverstone Olympia 1000W - You seem to want a 1KW PSU, and this is one of the best you'll find.
Enermax Galaxy 1KW - I'd prefer the Silverstone, but the Enermax isn't a bad choice either
Silverstone ST85ZF - A superb quality Etasis built PSU. You don't need a 1KW PSU for a pair of 8800GTXs, this will more than suffice.
Silverstone ST75ZF - Also more than sufficient for a pair of 8800GTXs, depending somewhat on your other hardware.
