Which program?

Hey guys I am interested in taking text/images from a web page and putting it into a document to print out as a lesson guide. Would it be best to copy the info I want into Acrobat and edit it as a pdf, then maybe transfer it to photoshop for editing, or just word...? Creative ideas are appreciated!!

You could use either. I use Open Office for such tasks then provide a Link to where I got the Photos, and text from so as not to be accused of ripping off the material.
