What is the math program using for this? Do you know? I think it is not possible to do that kind of document, using word or works?

microsoft office excel could have done the maths calcs, perhaps the two have been merged

Perhaps, but I do not think so. When I try, it is completely different, besides In excel there is not a lot of mathematical symbols(just most basic).

MATHLAB or Wolfram Mathematica

It could be done by PCTeX or LATeX programming. It has been converted to a .dvi format and then to .pdf. Research these two and see if that fits.

I have another questions:

Does anyone now how is possible to do in PCTeX following things:

a) Create an empty line between to lines of text

b) Use letters like đćč,...

c) Regulate how large line is,(how many letters go in one line)
