For a while yet, I'll be using the same M4A89GTD/Phenom II 555 x4/memory/6850 from the sig.
There might be a CF at some point.
CPU/memory oc’d.
H20 920 cooler, and 4x120mm + 2x140mm = 6 fans total.
5-6 drives
　
These ps's will fit the case.
-Are the components inside these Corsair models 100% the same as the Seasonics?
-I know 750w is overkill, but is it too overkill?
-The 920 and its 2 fans will be mounted at the front of the case for now and the ps is in the front as well. As long as its cool enough and quiet enough it will stay that way. Would the system run in fanless/quiet mode much more w/the 750, vs 650?

$146 - w/free case thats more trouble than it's worth imo but maybe I could get 10-15$ out of it w/o spending a lot of time/effort.

I'd go for the X750. I like the Seasonic PSUs and although 750W may be overkill now, if you want to Crossfire in the future, 750W should be fine. Also it's only 4 bucks more than the 650W, kinda makes sense to go for the 750W.

Which graphics card(s) are you going to use?

6850 and I suspect that will do me fine for a while.
I'll edit that stuff in to make it easier.
 
Yeah 750W is definitely overkill for a single 6850 lol, it's probably overkill for two in Crossfire, but as it's only 4 bucks more than the X650, I'd probably just get the X750 regardless.
 
Considering that they are all Corsair and Seasonic, you really cannot go wrong with any of them. :good: Just pick the one that seems like the best deal.
 
Ok. Sorry guys that I didn't mention in this thread that its going to be visable through a window. And I now see that since it mounts in the front and will be fan down, it will need to be Seasonic because Corsair's graphics would be upside down. By the same token, if the Seasonic is rear mounted the graphics would be upside down or you get the labeling instead of the graphics. Because of this and the closeness in price between the 650 and 750, I've decided on the Seasonic 750. Thank You for your input.
 
I would go for Seasonic 650w. Most computer build does not need 750w. I rather buy a correct PSU then use the extra dollars for other parts. :-)
