Which PSU to get?

Is dual +12v better then singal +12v? and if so why?

Which power supply should i get out of these three and why?

well the rosewill have the most power and the best amps on the 12V but its a single rail

the next best would be the 450W from Antec

Go for one of the Antecs. Look at the hold-up time on that Rosewill .

Whether to go for the 400W or 450W is up to you. Without system specs I really can't advise you in that regard.

I didn't look at the PSUs, but I beleive my PSU is also an Antec and it's been great. My only complaint is that it does get rather warm...

be careful with that then, i too advise the Antec as they have been good to me over the years. However just last week my Truepower 2 blew on me, noticed taht the 120mm fan in the PSU bay wasnt working so i'm guessing that contributed. Simply sent an email to Antec though and they are sending out a new PSU and 120mm fan
