Which PSU?

Which of these two PSU's would you recomend?

I've had a lot of usefull help from ceewi1 which has been greatly appreciated!

Which of the two would you go for? Thanks for any help

I like Antec, so there is my suggestions.

I would go for the first one,.. since it has a 120mm fan, and should be more silent. (however, i have no idea about the quality of either of these units,.. cant say about that)
