Which RAM is better???

I was trying to buy a new set of 1GB ram for my computer. But, I cannot decide about which RAM is better... They're around the same price, and I can afford any of them. I have no idea how to tell which RAM is better, so please tell me which one is better between these two RAMs.

Also, just to let you know, I have the Sony VAIO VGC-RB43, and I've never changed a single hardware in it. I don't know if it's compatible with my computer... I'm pretty sure it is though...

The kinston is better. The corsair seems to be a little over priced.

edit: going by what comes stock, either pair will work but the Kingston will more than likely have better timings than what you have and will be set to the same settings as the stuff you currently have (still P3200 though)
