Which set to get?

I want to get a new set of speakers to replace my old 2.1 set. I was thinking either

because they have good ratings and are within my price range. Anything better in the price range I'm look at (around $70)? I also should mention that I just got a Creative XFI gamer card.

A personal preference here is on the Logitech 5.1 setup for the sound quality and features like a headphone jack, volume control, and power switch where you can reach it. The disadvantage of the newer Logitech set there is seen with the older Z-640 that has those controls on the center speaker rather then seen on the left or right speaker. You can have the left and right, front and rear pairs apart for the separation of channels. Makes surround just that.

The Z-640 of course is discontinued at this late date.
