Which should I buy?

I currently have Microsoft AntiSpyware running real-time protection on my computer. I think I am going to buy one more Spyware program (the full package) I have Ad-Aware SE and I was wondering if it was worth it to buy Ad-Aware SE Professional or Plus. Is is any better than Microsoft AntiSpyware?

If you don't recommend buy Ad-Aware SE Plus/Pro, should I with SpywareDoctor or Spysweeper.

To sum it up, which is the best? Microsoft Anti Spyware, Ad-Aware SE Pro/Plus, Spysweeper or Spyware Doctor?

Don't buy anything. The only thing you'll get is real-time protection, which you've already got with MSAS. It's rumoured that MSAS will soon have to be bought, so wait and see what happens with that. Running 2 real-time programs can cause a conflict and leave you less protected.

But SpySweeper, SpywareDoctor, and Ad-aware all offer Cookie guards, browser protection and a bunch of other stuff.
Which of those three is the best?

Also on another note, what is the best FREE AntiVirus program? I was using Avast but theres another one (AVG or something) and im wondering if it's better.

I'd go for AdAware or SpySweeper, both very good.
As for antivirus, try the programs here, they're all good, no one program will catch everything, have one as an on-demand scanner.

For Avast, would you recommend that I turn off the On-Access Scanner and use ZoneLabs Firewall? They both can't be running at the same time.

I am thinking about buying ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite. Does it take up as much system resources as Norton Internet Security? Also how is the AntiVirus scanner compared to Norton. If Zone Labs is smaller and the Anti Virus scanner is good, I will buy it. Which do you recommend?

Not sure what you mean here, Avast is an antivirus and ZoneAlarm is a firewall, you need both running at the same time, or are you gonna get ZoneLabs security suite?

I am gonna get Zone Labs unless you don't recommend it. How is it compared to Norton? DOes it take upb as much system resources?. Avast also scans webpages on the internet and it crosses over with the firewall. Both programs know about this and warned me about it.

I'm with you now. Yes, Zonealarm and Avast don't get on. A lot of people swear by zonealarm, I never liked it, if I was pushed into choosing a free combo, I'd go with Kerio firewall and Anti-Vir AV. If I was paying, Kaspersky or Nod32 AV, and a free firewall. If you want to buy the Zonealarm suite, it's lighter on resources than Norton (what isn't), try it out first, I think there's a free trial version.

I've tried Ad-Aware Pro before, and the only difference is real time protection (Ad-Watch), it does a fairly good job at stopping things, but its not perfect. My advise to you is to just use the free programs, and scan your computer once or twice a week. And set cookie settings in Internet Explorer to High or Moderate.
