Which should i choose?

I have two computers, which one will be better:

Pentium 2 450Mhz 100Mhz FSB 512k L2 cache
512mb sdram 133mhz (not expandable at this time) in 3 slots
5 pci, 1 agp, 1 isa

or

Celeron 700Mhz 66Mhz FSB 128K L2 cache
384mb sdram 133mhz (not expandable at this time) in 2 slots

and

can i use a dual proccesor Server MoBo as a PC MoBo?

and

which is better cache or clock speed

yeah i say the pentium also, could you combine both comps into one, by that i mean, like take parts from the one your not using (eg- HD, Ram, ect) and put in the one you are?

normally I'd say the cele, but being only 66MHz FSB, go with the Pent! I have a PIII 733@133 FSB and a PIII 600@100 FSB, and the difference is astounding!
