Which to get?

I've upgraded my system a bit. And am looking to add a new GPU, nothing real fancy seeing as I'm only running a 430w PSU. So I was looking at these 2.

(This seems like the better choice)

(This cards specs look better to me minus the xtra 1gb)

Processor: AMD FX-6100 6-Core 3.3ghz
Ram: 2x4GB Crucial DDR3 1333
PSU: Corsiar 430w Builders

I have about $80 to spend on a card if you see something better on that site than those 2 please LMK. Thanks!
