I'm tired of the red puter in my sig and I want to steal my fiance's, the one in blue, and build her another, but I still want to be able to play Battlefield 2, CSS and HL2 at the lowest settings.
I'm looking for the coolest, most energy efficient PCIe x16 video card. I won't be upgrading the 380Watt Antec Earthwatts PSU. I also will be ordering 2x1GB DDR2 667 Corsair Value Select RAM.
I was looking at the MSI GeForce 8400 GS. It's passively cooled, but I don't know about the energy consumption.
The minimum req for BF2 is 128mb VRAM and something or other series, and I imagine the other two games are that or less.

There's the PSU, 17Amps on two 12V rails, I don't know about the overall amperage.
