Which Video Card Parts are more important?

I would like to upgrade my video card. Which of these things would be more important things to look for?

Core Clock
Stream Processors
Memory Size
Memory Interface bit rate

For instance, what's better? A 576Mhz card with 216 stream processors, 896MB RAM at 448-bit

-or-

a 738Mhz card with 128 stream processors, 1GB RAM at 256-bit?
