Which will be best???

I have the option of either 1.5m/896k or 3m/640k. I am going to be gaming and will have a computer and an xbox both hooked up. Mostly gaming and surfing the internet... I tried to search but didn't come up with anything.

I would personally go for the 3Mb connection. Taking a good analogy I heard a few days ago, if you take the connection as a hosepipe, with water trying to go both directions, the 3Mb has the greater diameter of the two, which means when the upstream is under load, the downstream won't struggle quite so much. I hope I got that analogy right. :P In any case, I like the 3Mb option.
